By accessing or using PayCart.pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3. Account Registration

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and current.

Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited Uses

  • Attempt to breach security or access unauthorized data
  • Use the service to compete with PayCart.pro
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Billing and Payments

Payment Terms

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
  • Payment Method: Valid credit card or approved payment method required
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Currency: All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of initial payment. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Late Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment for up to 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended or terminated. A $25 fee may apply for failed payments.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for providing our services. We will not use your customer data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

7. Service Availability

Uptime Commitment

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Service Credits: If uptime falls below 99.9% in any calendar month, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA.

8. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

PayCart.pro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to your content and customer data. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for providing our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: IN NO EVENT SHALL PAYCART.PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the amount paid by you to PayCart.pro in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited activities. We will provide notice when possible.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will cease processing your customer data and delete it within 90 days, unless retention is required by law. You may request a data export before termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
