FlowStack LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new PayCart.pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within 30 days of initial subscription
  • Be a first-time customer (limit one refund per business)
  • Have attempted to use the service in good faith
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service

3. Refund Request Process

3.1 How to Request

  • Email support@paycart.pro with "Refund Request" in the subject
  • Include your account email and reason for refund
  • Provide your subscription order number

3.2 Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds appear in your account within 10 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscriptions older than 30 days
  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Third-party service charges (SMS, WhatsApp fees)
  • Partial months of service
  • Renewal charges after the initial 30 days

5. Cancellation Without Refund

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Access remains until the end of the billing period
  • No refunds for partial months
  • No penalties for cancellation
  • Data export available for 30 days after cancellation
